They include biographical information on members of the Foreign Mission Board who served between 1950 and 1980; nineteenth-century reports of committees on work in Africa, Brazil, and China; reports of Southern Baptist Convention and Foreign Mission Board conferences, consultations, and planning sessions of the 1960s to 1980s related to missions strategy; miscellaneous clippings and other documents on a variety of topics; assorted nineteenth- and early twentieth-century publications, reports, sermons, and addresses; correspondence from the mid-nineteenth to early twentieth-centuries arranged by topic; and correspondence and writings of Corresponding and Executive Secretaries dating from 1847 to 1984.
